Terms

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Vayatrack and any supply of trackers, accessories, configuration and support.

2. Service

Vayatrack assigns a tracker to an account and displays the latest available location information.

3. Prices and orders

Prices depend on hardware, tracker quantity, configuration and the selected service. The applicable amount is confirmed before payment.

4. Lawful use

The client must use Vayatrack only for assets they own or are authorised to locate.

5. Limitations

Vayatrack does not guarantee continuous location. Updates may be affected by autonomy, environment, tracker configuration or temporary service unavailability.

6. Exclusions from cover

Replacement of the tracker is included only in the event of normal battery end of life.

The following are not covered: loss, theft, intentional destruction, damage caused by improper use, or abnormal external damage.

7. Support

Vayatrack may assist with installation, configuration, account association and operation checks.
